SHIPPING | DOMESTIC

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 3-7 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

TripppleP’s Showroom utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. To track your order, you'll be able to use your USPS /UPS Tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times EXCLUDE the weekends with USPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Bronx, NY

 We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

 

SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped First Class Mail (14-30 days). Tracking information is available for International orders. Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package. Orders will ship out within 5 days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs.  TripppleP’s Showroom is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. TripppleP’s Showroom does NOT cover any duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once shipped your tracking number is emailed to you and you can either click the link which will open a new browser and go to tracking.

During the holiday season, shipping delays could occur.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

​

No returns or Exchanges are allowed.All Sales Final. Most of our pieces are  can not be resold once tried on.
